Birthday Highchair TuTu

This won't qualify really under sewing, but I did sew the elastic together at the end to meet and form a circle...so I did break it out for that reason.  However the rest was just patience and time.  It seems to be all the rage lately for a little one's first birthday.  You can go with any theme at all and change and add so much about this.  I think it turned out pretty cute!  I was in the HL store and found this cute ribbon with birthday cakes on it and it caught my eye.  I used all elastic around to make this one.  I think I may try ribbon for my second one....  Trial and error.  But it works!
